A few observations
- After six years of pain there is a warm glow starting to shine over housing market. - A lot of people have been sitting on the sidelines for six years. - Rents now exceeding cost of housing puts market at a tipping point. - January showing positive activity, helped by warm winter. - Thinks in the larger cities housing market is tightening.
