This is the latest portfolio of Berkshire Hathaway. Berkshire portfolio shows two new positions Phillips 66 (PSX) and National-Oilwell Varco, Inc (NOV). Both of them are oil companies. Phillips 66 is a spin-off from ConocoPhillips (COP), which is a position of Berkshire. National-Oilwell Varco, Inc. is actually the only new position in the portfolio. Warren Buffett buys more Wells Fargo and IBM. Positions that are also added include DaVita Inc., Bank Of Ny Mell, Directv, Viacom, Liberty Media, etc. Positions that are reduced include Johnson & Johnson, Kraft Foods, UPS, Visa, CVS Caremark, GE. Berkshire sold out its position in Intel. As of 06/30/2012, Berkshire Hathaway owns 37 stocks with a total value of $74.3 billion. These are the details of the buys and sells.

for what lee is selling for, I think buffett intends on making a buyout offer. the free cash flows will pay buffett back all invested capital in a year. this is a slam dunk. just a matter of when.
