Baron Funds Comments on Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Inc.

From Baron Funds' second quarter commentary:
Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corp. (BAH) shares also fell in the June quarter. Booz Allen is an important consultant to our government. The company has long term relationships with government agencies that we think would be hard to duplicate for this cyber security specialist. Booz Allen is now building a commercial business to provide cyber security services, an endeavor we think will likely also be successful. Booz Allen will soon pay its shareholders a special $6.50 dividend. We owned more than four million shares of Booz Allen during the past year at an average cost of $16.89 per share. We expect that Booz Allen, after paying this dividend, could earn more than $1.60 per share the next year.
