Natural Gas Investor Wilbur Ross Discusses Obama/Romney Battle over Drilling for Oil and Natural Gas

Unconventional oil and gas development, the only bright spot in the American economy over the past four years, was a hot issue during the second presidential debate.
A big portion of my portfolio has been directed at unconventional oil producers, so the issue is one of great interest for me. My unconventional investments are exclusively Canadian companies at this point simply because they are valued more attractively than their American counterparts, but the practice of horizontal drilling and multi-stage fracturing is happening on both sides of the border. The video below has Governor Romney questioning the president about the lack of drilling on Federal lands and is a fairly heated exchange. Following the video, billionaire investor Wilbur Ross who has a large investment in shale gas producer Exco (XCO) comments on the issue:
