Down 22% over 12 months, Mack-Cali Realty Corp. has a market cap of $1.87 billion and is traded at a P/E of 47.40.

Incorporated in 1994, Mack-Cali Realty Corp. together with its subsidiaries is a fully-integrated, self-administered, self-managed real estate investment trust or REIT, providing leasing, management, acquisition, development, construction and tenant-related services for its properties and third parties. Mack-Cali owns or has interests in 274 properties consisting of 265 office and office/flex properties and nine multi-family rental properties containing over 3,300 residential units.

HomeStreet Inc. operates as a full-service community bank serving consumers and businesses in the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii. The company's primary subsidiaries are HomeStreet Bank and HomeStreet Capital Corporation.

Turquoise Hill Resources is an international mining company focused on copper, gold and coal mines in the Asia Pacific region. The company’s principal assets include a 66% interest in the Oyu Tolgoi Project, one of the world's largest copper-gold-silver mines in southern Mongolia. The company also has a 58% interest in SouthGobi Resources, a coal mine in Mongolia, a 56% interest in Inova Resources, a producer copper and gold in Queensland, and a 50% interest in Altynalmas Gold in Kazakhstan.
