4 Biggest Stocks with the Most Recent Dividend Growth

Stocks with dividend hikes from last week originally published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com. 13 stocks and 4 funds announced a dividend hike within the recent week.

I’ve attached a list with all stocks and included a few fundamentals for you. So it would be easier to compare the current valuation.

Two High-Yields are part of the results but they are both very small capitalized. The biggest stocks with the most recent dividend growth are Accenture and Phillips 66. Only four companies have a P/E of less than 15. The market gets more and more expensive, a fact that is also reasonable to the low interest policy of Bernanke.

Here are the latest dividend growth stocks:

Accenture (ACN)
has a market capitalization of $49.59 billion. The company employs 257,000 people, generates revenue of $30.394 billion and has a net income of $3.554 billion. Accenture’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounts to $4.659 billion. The EBITDA margin is 15.33 percent (the operating margin is 14.27 percent and the net profit margin 11.69 percent).

Financial Analysis: The total debt represents 0.15 percent of Accenture’s assets and the total debt in relation to the equity amounts to 0.52 percent. Due to the financial situation, a return on equity of 72.08 percent was realized by Accenture. Twelve trailing months earnings per share reached a value of $4.87. Last fiscal year, Accenture paid $1.49 in the form of dividends to shareholders. ACN announced to raise dividends by 14.8 percent.

Market Valuation: Here are the price ratios of the company: The P/E ratio is 15.05, the P/S ratio is 1.66 and the P/B ratio is finally 10.00. The dividend yield amounts to 2.54 percent and the beta ratio has a value of 0.93.

Phillips 66 (PSX) has a market capitalization of $36.15 billion. The company employs 12,400 people, generates revenue of $182.922 billion and has a net income of $4.131 billion. Phillips 66’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounts to $8.939 billion. The EBITDA margin is 4.89 percent (the operating margin is 3.63 percent and the net profit margin 2.26 percent).

Financial Analysis: The total debt represents 14.51 percent of Phillips 66’s assets and the total debt in relation to the equity amounts to 33.57 percent. Due to the financial situation, a return on equity of 18.72 percent was realized by Phillips 66. Twelve trailing months earnings per share reached a value of $7.38. Last fiscal year, Phillips 66 paid $0.45 in the form of dividends to shareholders. PSX announced to raise dividends by 24.8 percent.

Market Valuation: Here are the price ratios of the company: The P/E ratio is 8.02, the P/S ratio is 0.20 and the P/B ratio is finally 1.78. The dividend yield amounts to 2.64 percent and the beta ratio is not calculable.

Kraft Foods Group (KRFT) has a market capitalization of $31.70 billion. The company employs 23,000 people, generates revenue of $18.339 billion and has a net income of $1.642 billion. Kraft Foods Group’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounts to $3.401 billion. The EBITDA margin is 18.55 percent (the operating margin is 14.56 percent and the net profit margin 8.95 percent).

Financial Analysis: The total debt represents 42.74 percent of Kraft Foods Group’s assets and the total debt in relation to the equity amounts to 279.14 percent. Due to the financial situation, a return on equity of 16.24 percent was realized by Kraft Foods Group. Twelve trailing months earnings per share reached a value of $3.10. Last fiscal year, Kraft Foods Group paid $0.50 in the form of dividends to shareholders. KRFT announced to raise dividends by 5 percent.

Plains All American Pipeline (PAA) has a market capitalization of $17.83 billion. The company employs 4,700 people, generates revenue of $37.797 billion and has a net income of $1.127 billion. Plains All American Pipeline’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounts to $1.928 billion. The EBITDA margin is 5.10 percent (the operating margin is 3.77 percent and the net profit margin 2.98 percent).

Financial Analysis: The total debt represents 38.50 percent of Plains All American Pipeline’s assets and the total debt in relation to the equity amounts to 111.59 percent. Due to the financial situation, a return on equity of 13.47 percent was realized by Plains All American Pipeline. Twelve trailing months earnings per share reached a value of $2.79. Last fiscal year, Plains All American Pipeline paid $2.11 in the form of dividends to shareholders. PAA announced to raise dividends by 2.1 percent.

Market Valuation: Here are the price ratios of the company: The P/E ratio is 18.63, the P/S ratio is 0.47 and the P/B ratio is finally 2.73. The dividend yield amounts to 4.61 percent and the beta ratio has a value of 0.50.
