Gurus Hold 52-week Lows from Turkey, Brazil and the Phillipines

According to the GuruFocus Value Screen for finding 52-Week Lows, three stocks from exotic places are trading at or near a 52-week low.   

Here’s a look at Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PHI), Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri AS (TKC) and Cosan Ltd. (CZZ), all screened for billionaire stakeholders as of the third quarter of 2013.

 

Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PHI)

Incorporated in the Republic of the Philippines, Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PHI) is traded at around $60.27, close to a 52-week low of $58.63.

Down 2% over 12 months, Philippine Long Distance Telephone has a market cap of $13.02 billion; its shares were traded with a P/E ratio of 16.20 and P/S ratio of 3.47. The dividend yield of Philippine Long Distance Telephone stocks is 3.39%. Philippine Long Distance Telephone had an annual average earnings growth of 1.60% over the past 10 years.

Down 18% over 12 months, Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri AS, a telecom services company, was incorporated in Turkey in 1993. Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri As has a market cap of $11.63 billion; its shares were traded with a P/E ratio of 9.50 and P/S ratio of 1.90. The company does not pay a dividend.

Cosan Ltd. has a market cap of $3.68 billion; its shares were traded with a P/E ratio of 14.10 and P/S ratio of 0.39. The dividend yield of CZZ stocks is 2.24%.  The company had an annual average earnings growth of 21.40% over the past 5 years.
