vectorvest.com stated a few days ago that ioc had an intrinsic value of only $9.99 per share. does anyone else agree????

re interoil corp., papua, new guinea. Vectorvest.com , in their website stated that interoil corp. (ioc) had an intrinsic value of $9.99 per share . ioc now trades around $68 --$70. . This is an incredible spread. anyone out there agree with Vectorvest.com????? outlook16
