My 4 Favorite Stocks From The Undervalued Predictable Screener

Today I would highlight you some of the top results from the GuruFocus undervalued predictable screener. It’s a nice tool in my view to get fresh new investment ideas for long-term orientated dividend growth and value seeking investors as well.

The screener plotted 77 results. You can find a list of the top yielding stocks below. Only nineteen stocks have a current yield over 2 percent; thirteen got a buy or better rating.

Here are my favorite stocks:

McDonald's Corporation (MCD)
has a market capitalization of $94.41 billion. The company employs 440,000 people, generates revenue of $27.567 billion and has a net income of $5.464 billion. McDonald's Corporation’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounts to $9.865 billion. The EBITDA margin is 35.79 percent (the operating margin is 31.21 percent and the net profit margin 19.82 percent).

Financial Analysis: The total debt represents 38.52 percent of McDonald's Corporation’s assets and the total debt in relation to the equity amounts to 89.14 percent. Due to the financial situation, a return on equity of 36.82 percent was realized by McDonald's Corporation. Twelve trailing months earnings per share reached a value of $5.46. Last fiscal year, McDonald's Corporation paid $2.87 in the form of dividends to shareholders.

Market Valuation: Here are the price ratios of the company: The P/E ratio is 17.31, the P/S ratio is 3.38 and the P/B ratio is finally 6.12. The dividend yield amounts to 3.47 percent and the beta ratio has a value of 0.39.

Baxter International (BAX) has a market capitalization of $35.80 billion. The company employs 51,000 people, generates revenue of $14.190 billion and has a net income of $2.326 billion. Baxter International’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounts to $4.052 billion. The EBITDA margin is 28.56 percent (the operating margin is 20.36 percent and the net profit margin 16.39 percent).

Financial Analysis: The total debt represents 29.08 percent of Baxter International’s assets and the total debt in relation to the equity amounts to 85.47 percent. Due to the financial situation, a return on equity of 34.40 percent was realized by Baxter International. Twelve trailing months earnings per share reached a value of $4.02. Last fiscal year, Baxter International paid $1.57 in the form of dividends to shareholders.

Market Valuation: Here are the price ratios of the company: The P/E ratio is 16.40, the P/S ratio is 2.49 and the P/B ratio is finally 5.12. The dividend yield amounts to 3.02 percent and the beta ratio has a value of 0.61.

Tupperware Brands (TUP) has a market capitalization of $4.49 billion. The company employs 13,000 people, generates revenue of $2.583 billion and has a net income of $193.00 million. Tupperware Brands’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounts to $447.90 million. The EBITDA margin is 17.33 percent (the operating margin is 11.86 percent and the net profit margin 7.47 percent).

Financial Analysis: The total debt represents 33.91 percent of Tupperware Brands’s assets and the total debt in relation to the equity amounts to 128.95 percent. Due to the financial situation, a return on equity of 39.39 percent was realized by Tupperware Brands. Twelve trailing months earnings per share reached a value of $4.66. Last fiscal year, Tupperware Brands paid $1.44 in the form of dividends to shareholders.

Market Valuation: Here are the price ratios of the company: The P/E ratio is 18.63, the P/S ratio is 1.70 and the P/B ratio is finally 9.57. The dividend yield amounts to 2.92 percent and the beta ratio has a value of 1.74.

Wal-Mart Stores (WMT) has a market capitalization of $243.48 billion. The company employs 2,200,000 people, generates revenue of $469.162 billion and has a net income of $17.756 billion. Wal-Mart Stores’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounts to $36.302 billion. The EBITDA margin is 7.74 percent (the operating margin is 5.93 percent and the net profit margin 3.78 percent).

Financial Analysis: The total debt represents 26.65 percent of Wal-Mart Stores’s assets and the total debt in relation to the equity amounts to 70.91 percent. Due to the financial situation, a return on equity of 23.02 percent was realized by Wal-Mart Stores. Twelve trailing months earnings per share reached a value of $5.12. Last fiscal year, Wal-Mart Stores paid $1.59 in the form of dividends to shareholders.

Market Valuation: Here are the price ratios of the company: The P/E ratio is 14.60, the P/S ratio is 0.51 and the P/B ratio is finally 3.17. The dividend yield amounts to 2.58 percent and the beta ratio has a value of 0.38.

Take a closer look at the full list of top yielding stocks with a predictable business. The average P/E ratio amounts to 14.32 and forward P/E ratio is 12.82. The dividend yield has a value of 3.40 percent. Price to book ratio is 4.68 and price to sales ratio 2.42. The operating margin amounts to 23.29 percent and the beta ratio is 0.89. Stocks from the list have an average debt to equity ratio of 0.60.
