Iparty corp (ipt) is one of wall streets best kept secrets, the company is profitable and growing at a comfortable pace. In 2008 Iparty made its big move into the temp store business and in just 2 years has more then doubled its temp store count .
2010 should be record numbers for the company in every way,Iparty well be opening its 52 store in September of 2010 along with 10 temp stores bringing its store count to 62 for Q4 compared to 54 for the same period of last year.
Iparty insiders are accumulating the common stock at this price range knowing that the upside potential is huge for the company. With Amscan corp buying ever publicly traded party store chain except IParty corp the odds are very good for an iparty buyout.
Iparty has NO party store chains to compete with in New England making it even more desirable to be taken over. Iparty has only about 106 stock holders and is Wall Street's Best Unknown Stock Pick.

IPT gross margins are 40%, operating and net margins very low. The debt represents close to 1/3 of market cap, cash flow for the following 2 years has average +2million, working cap around 5.4 million. No real cash to speak of. Most of the assets consist on inventory, if we want to use a more conservative figure the 5.4 million would be reduced to 2.1 million using only 75% of inventory for working cap. Largest comp would be Wal-Mart, CVS, and Walgreens. Book value .36. Further analysis needed to determine if this good value based on market cap of 6.7 million.

This penny stock trades at a very low volume. I don't think it is worth to buy the stock. The company could go out of business at any time. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Free stock screener - [www.dojispace.com]

Book Value .36 Roe, Roc very rocky. Eps very rocky. Little cash. Selling stock to expand. This is speculative. Even though it is cheap. What is the risk ? I would rather make 15 yo 20 percent on a good solid company. People get real fooled by looking at stocks like this. The numbers reveal some real flaws in the company. Enough to stay far away. And if it makes money great. It however is just too risky. Ben Graham has said if the stock is so cheap buy a little. If you think it might do something. Me I would rather buy a something of value for less than it is worth. When I am sure. This stock I am not sure about. And the numbers express that plainly. But it was worth a quite look....... thanks.
