I don't read too much into the star ranking system unless an article or comment is really good.
But for the last month or so I notice that no matter how old a topic is (even only a few minutes old), the star votes reads 68, today they all read 70. The first comment after the OP reads 26 and the stars are locked out. Anyone else been noticing this? Not a big deal for me either way, just a curiosity more than anything.
