Historical Revenue, NetIncome, Gross and Net Margins for S&P Index

I read in the market section that when gauging the valuation for the entire market, looking at the valuation metrics of S&P500 Index as a whole is useful.
I have the following requests/suggestions for market valuation data

1. It would then be useful to understand the Revenue, NetIncome, Gross/Operating/Net Margins calculated according to the S&P index composition and possibly adjusted for Inflation as well.

2. On that track these numbers will be useful for all Indexes, like the Russel, NASDAQ etc to understand the valuation levels of these various classes/segments of companies.

3. Since different industries go through their own business cycles, It would be useful to be able to view historically these same values on an Industry by Industry basis.

Thanks,
Sarvi
