Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory manufactures an extensive line of premium chocolate candies and other confectionery products from its own proprietary recipes for sale at its franchised and company-owned stores. Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory has a market cap of $57.8 million; its shares were traded at around $10.7 with a P/E ratio of 16 and P/S ratio of 1.9. On May 3, the company increased its quarterly dividend 10% to $0.11 per share. The dividend is payable June 8, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business May 24, 2012.
