Best Growing Stocks With Double-Digit Yields Researched By “long-term-investments.blogspot.com.” Stocks with very high yields (over ten percent) are very good for investors with small money and high need for dividend income. The risks for dividend cuts are also very high within this investment class. One important item for a stable dividend is the income growth over the mid-term.

Due to the financial situation, a return on equity of 26.83 percent was realized. Twelve trailing months earnings per share reached a value of $4.83. Last fiscal year, the company paid $0.00 in form of dividends to shareholders. Earnings are expected to grow by 13.38 percent for the upcoming five years.

Market Valuation: Here are the price ratios of the company: The P/E ratio is 2.80, P/S ratio 1.02 and P/B ratio 0.77. Dividend Yield: 15.38 percent. The beta ratio is 1.29.

SouFun Holdings (SFUN) has a market capitalization of $1.15 billion. The company employs 7,600 people, generates revenue of $343.83 million and has a net income of $101.60 million. The firm’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounts to $143.26 million. The EBITDA margin is 41.67 percent (operating margin 40.47 percent and net profit margin 29.55 percent).
