    • Great article! Makes me wonder if optimism bias is driving the markets as participants seem unwilling to reflect on the fact that we're well over normal debt levels, record margin debt, and near the all time longest bull market as well as the most highly manipulated in history.  I find it increasingly more difficult to remain optimistic and think this article is timely

      How do you value a company (determine intrinsic value)?  Specifically, lets say the company has grown book value at 5% per year for the past decade, has no debt and no intangibles (IP or amortization). Specifically, let's say this company has $1B in tangible BV now and $100M/year in FCF that is growing 5% per year. Ballpark.. what would your approximate range of IV be?  $2-2.5B? I'd like to hear your thoughts on valuation.  Thanks. Rob Urban
