    • Even with a CFPB crackdown and a lawsuit, the company will continue generating revenues, albeit a smaller amount.  The problem is: what will the "settlement" cost and how will lower revenues continue to pay on the debt.  It's always debt that takes companies under.

    • $284 is either assuming a good bit of growth, or putting a lot of value in the brand (replacement costs).  Personally, I wouldn't put the value over $200 as I don't think they'll grow organically, but either way, you're safe considering no one can replace IBM for $144/sh.
