It certainly LOOKS promising, but I swear to you, there's a very big uncertainty looming over LOTO in two months. Basically, it risks losing 40-50% of its revenues PERMANENTLY by March-end this year, because of its finance lease with the government. (It's a lessor.)
If the government extends the contract or doesn't exercise its call option, there is very little risk and much to gain. Otherwise, its remaining businesses are left to support the company and we don't know if the current price reflects the value of those two businesses as they are relatively new, but super-growing.
I'm still taking notes on the analysis and regrettably the note-taking is going slow due to personal matters. I'm not taking care of my track record very well...
