hey canadian. well where to start? i have read lots on wang chuanfu, i can debunk rumours that buffett will buy more of the company, BYD just took a 18% stake in one of chinas biggest lithium miners, lots of latest news, partnerships, MOUs etc. business fundamentals (they are incredibly strong--i am very bullish on this stock over the long term) how this was out of context for warren (he doesnt buy tech) this purchase was driven by david sokol and charlie munger, i can talk about price behaviour and the generally overvalued price probably due to the buffett halo effect, but i expect volatility in short to medium term, which is obviously opportunity for value investors. there are probably good opportunities for CAD and AUD investors like ourselves as our currencies get caught up in the currency war. i suppose if you write a draft of what you want included i am happy to edit and add additional stuff. let me know.
