This article says Buffett also bought and sold JNJ:

[yahoo.reuters.com]

"In a separate filing on Monday, Berkshire listed as of March 31 a 1.97 million-share stake in health care company Johnson & Johnson (JNJ.N: Quote, Profile, Research), worth $116.7 million at the time.

Regulators sometimes let Berkshire delay disclosing some investments so investors can't mimic Buffett while Berkshire is adding to its portfolio.

Berkshire may have also sold its stake in Johnson & Johnson, as it did not list any holdings in the New Brunswick, New Jersey-based company as of June 30. It did list a stake of 488,500 American depositary receipts in French drugmaker Sanofi-Aventis"
