Carlos Slim: Never Seen Interest This Low, It Makes Many Projects Profitable.

He is not as well known as No.1 (Bill Gates) and No.2 (Warren Buffett) here in the United States because his business is pretty much south of the border of USA in Mexico and Latin America and his business activities have concentrated in telecommunication industry.

He controls Teléfonos de México (Telmex), Telcel and América Móvil companies.

We have just witnessed Buffett’s spectacular play with railroad company Burlington. And we have watched Gates and Buffett told the Columbia University students and the nation to be optimistic.

What is the No. 3 doing in the meantime?
