Beneficial Mutual Bancorp is a savings and loan holding company. The Company’s business activities include the ownership of the Beneficial Bank. The Bank has also operated under the name Beneficial Mutual Savings Bank. In connection with the reorganization, the Company became the wholly owned subsidiary of Beneficial Savings Bank MHC, a chartered mutual holding company. The Bank offers traditional financial services to consumers and businesses in its market areas. It attracts deposits from the general public and uses those funds to originate a variety of loans, including commercial real estate loans, consumer loans, home equity loans, one-to-four family real estate loans, commercial business loans and construction loans. It offers insurance brokerage and investment advisory services through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Beneficial Insurance Services and Beneficial Advisors.
Century Casinos (NASDAQ:CNTY)
Century Casinos is an international casino entertainment company, which develops and operates gaming establishments and related lodging and restaurant facilities globally. As of December 31, 2009, the Company, through its various subsidiaries owns Century Casino & Hotel- Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Womacks Casino & Hotel - Cripple Creek, Colorado, Century Casino & Hotel - Central City, Colorado, Casinos Poland, Cruise Ships and Silver Dollar Casino - Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Hudson Valley Holdings (HUVL)
Hudson Valley Holding is a bank holding company, which provides financial services through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Hudson Valley Bank and New York National Bank. HVB has 18 branch offices in Westchester County, New York; five in Manhattan, New York; four in Bronx County, New York; one in Rockland County, New York; one in Queens County, New York; one in Kings County, New York, and five in Fairfield County, Connecticut. The Company provides investment management services through a wholly owned subsidiary of HVB, A.R. Schmeidler & Co, a money management firm.
Range Resources (NYSE:RRC)
Range Resources Corporation is an independent natural gas company, engaged in the exploration, development and acquisition of primarily natural gas properties, mostly in the Southwestern and Appalachian regions of the United States. During the year ended December 31, 2009, its proved reserves consisted of 3.1 trillion cubic feet equivalent of proved reserves, 84% natural gas, 55% proved developed, 79% operated and a reserve life of 18.6 years. During 2009, it owned 3,214,000 gross acres of leasehold, including 289,000 acres where it also owns a royalty interest. The Company has built a multi-year drilling inventory that is estimated to contain over 11,500 drilling locations, both proven and unproven.
