I found some great notes in scribd.com. The presumed author, known as “jcv2010”, took a class in value investing in a Graduate Business School and produced awesome notes.

Foreword by jcv2010:
These class notes and supplemental materials are written by an investor who audited a great investor’s Class at a Graduate Business School. These notes are a compilation from attending classes from 2002 through 2007. Names have been removed from the notes to protect privacy and to allow the reader to focus on the concepts rather than on the speaker. If I quote Michael Price or Warren Buffett, the reader may accept their statements more readily than having an anonymous author. Repetition is intentional to reinforce the concepts. All mistakes are my error, not the fault of the speaker(s). What is important is that you think about the concepts and how to apply them if they make sense to you.
