I don't know where they get their numbers, but according to my sources (Yahoo, AOL, Scottrade), at tleast two of these companies are not at their 52 week highs:

WPZ 52 wk high=$48.95 reached 7/23/10 (not $47.12)

EMR: 57.29 reached 11/5/10 vs. 55.60

After checking, below is what Scottrade reports as the other 52 week highs:

HOT: 60.00 reached 11/5/10 (57.77)
