On June 10, 2020, Finjan announced that it had signed an agreement to be acquired by Fortress for approximately $43.9 million. Pursuant to the merger agreement, Finjan’s stockholders will receive $1.55 in cash for each share of Finjan common stock owned. The deal is scheduled to close in the third quarter of 2020.
