I bought Sears in spite of the fact that it is a mediocre business, because I trust Eddie to make intelligent financial decisions with it. Does consistent logic require me to buy C now too, which appears to be a better business (and currently available for less than what Eddie paid)? So many banks being bought buy gurus right now...

History shows that Lampert's purchase of Citi was a disaster and Adamcz purchase of SHLD is almost as bad.

I own Citi so I feel the pain like Lampert and Adamcz.
