Jim Rogers: Some Western European Countries are Bankrupt

Some countries in Western Europe are bankrupt or are having serious liquidity problems and they should be allowed to restructure their debt, famous investor Jim Rogers told CNBC Tuesday.

Rogers also commented on the agreement just reached on Bush Tax Cuts in the US. He sees that as a positive.

Rogers is of the opinion that the US Fed is misguided in instituting QE2.
