Motorola, Inc. Anticipated Spinoff Set To Take Place-DJ

Dow Jones reported that Motorola, Inc.'s split into two entities is set to take place formally Tuesday. The two spinoffs will be Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc. (MMI), consisting of its consumer focused smartphone and set top box business, and Motorola Solutions Inc. (MSI), focusing on public safety radios and handheld scanners.
