Below are 31 stocks hitting new 52 week lows on January 28, 2011. The markets were crushed today because of a lower than expected GDP report coupled with protests in Egypt. Shipping and tanker stocks hit new lows in the morning, but made dramatic turnarounds as the protests heated up later in the day and fears drove up oil prices.
These stocks trade on the NYSE, Nasdaq, and Amex. I’ve removed new issues that haven’t traded for more than a year and any stocks that have split or issued unusual dividends. Below the table is a profile of each company and guru ownership, if applicable.
