Roger Lowenstein is the author of two bestselling books, Buffett: The Making of an American Capitalist
, When Genius Failed: The Rise and Fall of Long-Term Capital Management which tells the story of LTCM's collapse. Lowenstein recently authored The End of Wall Street, which discusses the final crisis, and discusses in depth Robert Rodriguez of FPA capital, who foresaw the financial crisis very early. Lowenstein also authored an excellent book, which I reviewed here. While America Aged: How Pension Debts Ruined General Motors, Stopped the NYC Subways, Bankrupted San Diego, and Loom as the Next Financial Crisis.
