Highlight of Business Operations:Export sales accounted for 99% of our total revenues for 2010, 98% for 2009 and 92% for 2008. Although most of our sales to foreign entities are denominated in United States dollars, we are subject to risks of conducting business internationally. These risks include unexpected changes in regulatory requirements, fluctuations in exchange rates that could increase the price of our products in foreign markets, delays resulting from difficulty in obtaining export licenses for certain technology, tariffs, other barriers and restrictions and the burden of complying with a variety of foreign laws. Switzerland; Nierenberg, Germany; San Jose, California; Tokyo, Japan; Herzelia Pituach, Israel and Edinburgh, Scotland, pursues business with our customers in North and South America, Europe and Asia. In territories where we do not have sales offices, we operate solely through a network of distributors and representatives. Sales to Hong Kong-based VTech represented 31% of our total revenues for 2010, 29% for 2009 and 21% in 2008. Revenues derived from sales through our Japanese distributor, Tomen Electronics, represented 25% of our total revenues for 2010, 22% for 2009 and 25% for 2008. Furthermore, Tomen Electronics sells our products to a limited number of customers. One customer, Panasonic, has continually accounted for a majority of sales through Tomen Electronics. Sales to Panasonic through Tomen Electronics generated approximately 16%, 13% and 13% of our revenue in 2010, 2009 and 2008, respectively. Sales through Tomen Electronics or directly to Uniden represented 9%, 12% and 13% of our total revenues in 2010, 2009 and 2008 respectively.
