This is the group of companies who raised their dividend during the week: Unitedguardian Inc. (UG), Delphi Financial Group (DFG), Portland General Electric Company (POR), Mine Safety Appliances (MSA), and Quaker Chemical Corp. (KWR).

United Guardian Inc. (UG)

United Guardian Inc. conducts research, product development, manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, health care products, medical devices, and proprietary industrial products. Net sales for the first quarter of 2011 were $159.9 million, an increase of 25% from $128.3 million in the first quarter of 2010.
