15 High-Yield Stocks with Biggest Insider Buys

Investing in high-yielding stocks could give you a fast cash return. If the dividends are sustainable, you will have a lot of fun with your investment in the future. But no one knows how the business will be running in the near future. The only ones who can judge this are insiders.


I screened stocks from the category high-yield with biggest insider buys from the past six month in order to discover some buy opportunities. Roughly 90 stocks reported insider transactions of more than 20% in total insider ownership. To narrow the selection, I increased the efforts with a minimum market capitalization of $300 million as well as a debt to equity ratio of less than 0.5. Fifteen stocks remained. Here are my favorite picks:


1. NYSE Euronext (NYX, Financial) is acting within the diversified investments industry. The company has a market capitalization of $6.2 billion, generates revenues in an amount of $4.3 billion and a net income of $572.0 million. It follows P/E ratio is 10.8, P/S 1.4 and P/B ratio 0.9. Dividend Yield: 5.1%. Insiders own 0.14% of the company and they increased their positions by 61.7% within the recent six months.


2. Terra Nitrogen Company (TNH, Financial) is acting within the agricultural chemicals industry. The company has a market capitalization of $2.5 billion, generates revenues in an amount of $673.5 million and a net income of $213.9 million. It follows P/E ratio is 11.5, P/S 3.7 and P/B ratio 9.4. Dividend Yield: 8.5%. Insiders own 75.1% of the company and they increased their positions by 105.8% within the recent six months.


3. USA Mobility (USMO, Financial) is acting within the wireless communications industry. The company has a market capitalization of $302.0 million, generates revenues in an amount of $233.9 million and a net income of $115.2 million. It follows P/E ratio is 2.6, P/S 1.3 and P/B ratio 1.3. Dividend Yield: 7.3%. Insiders own 1.0% of the company and they increased their positions by 36.8% within the recent six months.
