Value Investor Donald Yacktman On Why Prefers PepsiCo (PEP) to Coca-Cola (KO). Yacktman now has $13 billion under management.

You have sold some Coca-Cola (KO), and PepsiCo (PEP) is now your largest holdings. Coca-Cola (KO) is not as attractive as it used to be. Its forward return is not as good as PepsiCo. The same can be said to Procter and Gamble (PG).
