According to GuruFocus list of 52-week highs, these Guru stocks have reached their 52-week highs: Visa (V), Fastenal Company (FAST), Dollar Tree Inc. (DLTR), Southern Co. (CO), and TJX Cos. (TJX).

Visa (V) Reached the 52-Week High of $97.44

Visa operates the world's largest retail electronic payments network and is one of the most recognized global financial services brands. Visa has a market cap of $79.61 billion; its shares were traded at around $97.44 with a P/E ratio of 19.5 and P/S ratio of 8.6. The dividend yield of Visa stocks is 0.9%.

On October 26, Visa Inc. announced financial results for the Company's fiscal fourth quarter and full-year 2011. For the fourth quarter ending September 30, 2011, GAAP net income was $880 million, an increase of 14% over the prior year. GAAP diluted class A common stock earnings per share were $1.27 — an increase of 20% over the prior year on a GAAP basis, or an increase of 34% over the prior year on an adjusted basis (excluding the revaluation of the Company's Visa Europe put option). The weighted-average number of diluted class A common shares outstanding was approximately 692 million.

This month, Group President, APCEMEA Elizabeth Buse and General Counsel Joshua R. Floum sold shares of V stock. President John Partridge and Director Mary B. Cranston sold shares in November. General Counsel Joshua R. Floum sold 15,250 shares in October and Chairman and CEO Joseph W. Saunders sold shares in September.

Fastenal Company (FAST) Reached the 52-Week High of $41.42

TJX Companies Inc. is an off-price retailer of apparel and home fashions in the US.
