The long awaited Berkshire Hathaway portfolio is out. We did observe two new positions in the portfolio: DVA, LMCA. Buffett added to his favorite positions including IBM, and Well Fargo. Some of the positions are bought by new manager Ted Weschler, as pointed by Geoff Gannon in his Berkshire Hathaway portfolio review.

Was Ted Weschler actually with Berkshire when the Geico purchases (DTV, DVA, etc) were made? I recall Buffett saying something about him not arriving at Berkshire until January 2012.

Is it possible therefore that Todd Combs made these purchases?
