It depends.
If you have an IQ of 160 or so, you can live a happy and productive life without differentiating between the levels of intelligence of others.
A democrat may find this more acceptable in its inverted form: If you have an IQ of 80 or so, you can live a happy...... I'm speaking from experience here :o)

Lumping groups of people into one level of intelegence is also ignorant.
Granted, Charlie's one flaw is that he is a republican. Kinda figures there would be irony in some of his statements.
