Neel Kashkari of PIMCO was on CNBC to discuss his views on QE3 and what he is expecting from upcoming Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke's speech at Jackson hole.
-- Thinks that QE3 is inevitable. It is a question is when not if, though he is not sure if Ben Bernanke will provide more details in his upcoming speech.
-- Expects equity markets to react negatively if Bernanke hints anything which will indicate that QE3 is not coming.
