ALot of these stocks are good companies. I follow FO and own GCI. WEBs comments on GCI do worry me, bu whenever I read about GCI I notice how they are evolving. They partially own careerbuilder.com for example. They must not be viewed as a newspaper. They are a media company, having newspapers, TV stations and an internet presence. Newspapers are still the big deal, but those local papers we go to for news are now online. I know the big local paper near work is on many of my co-wokers daily visit list.

There are some very well priced REITs dealing with the healthcare and senior housing sectors. Both are likely to show growth as well as dividends.
