Wilbur Ross, the billionaire chairman of private-equity firm WL Ross & Co., talks about the outlook for the U.S. economy, Obama administration policies and bipartisanship. He speaks with Adam Johnson and Alix Steel on Bloomberg Television's "Street Smart."

Ross notes that business can adjust to good news and business can adjust to bad news. What business can’t do is know what to do in an environment of uncertainty.
