Didn't Siegal miss the tech bubble and the real estate bubble? I give him credit for calling the bond bubble, unfortunately that was in 2010 when 10-year treasuries were yielding 2.8%. (Bond values have increased in value dramatically since then. Like all economists, his prophetic vision is 20/20--but only when he's viewing the economy with his hindsight goggles.
