That list would include Buffett at Berkshire, Gayner at Markel, the boys at Leucadia and the Tisch Family at Loews (NYSE:L).
This morning Jonathon Tisch spoke to Bloomberg and made the following comments:
- Loews is expanding as they are bullish about the hotel industry and tourism.
- He understands that the consumer market is still fairly weak, but Loews is focused on iconic properties and markets that are still strong
- Thinks that New York is ready to host the Super Bowl next year despite the impact of hurricane Sandy.
