We have seen the boys at Longleaf come out with their opposition to the price at which Michael Dell and co are taking Dell (DELL) private. Donald Yacktman is a shareholder and isn't thrilled with the price either.
Yacktman would not give a specific price that he thinks Dell is worth, but he was willing to say that he thinks that there is virtually zero chance that Dell will be bought at the proposed deal price.
Yacktman also thinks that Dell as we know it is likely gone forever.
