Yacktman Fund - Texas Billionaire Guru Adds and Sells First Quarter

Investor Guru and self-made billionaire Donald Yacktman once said, “Back in 1987, the day of the 500-point decline, I started buying like crazy … I spent $40 million that day.” That was a long time ago. Investing heavily in high quality large caps, the portfolio update of the Yacktman Fund, based in Austin, Texas, shows 43 stocks with a total value of $8.5 billion and a quarter-over-quarter turnover of 5%.
