For the quarter ending March 31, 2013, Herbalife generated cash flow from operations of $137.6 million, an increase of 14% compared to 2012; paid dividends of $30.9 million; invested $24.9 million in capital expenditures; and repurchased $162.4 million in common shares outstanding under its share repurchase program, the company said.

HLF’s current share price is $43.66, with a change from average up 6%.

Orchard Supply could be attractive to the much larger home improvement competitors as a turn-key acquisition.
