Marc Faber - While He Isn't Shorting American Stocks, He Thinks the Market Is Vulnerable

You might be surprised to hear that Marc Faber is currently not short American stocks.

That is a bit strange since he thinks the market is quite vulnerable and about to roll over.

In the near term he expects a rebound in the overall market being led by the big tech stocks like Microsoft (MSFT) and Intel (INTC).

However, if he had to be long or short, he would be short. He says that because the global economy is barely growing and the impact of continuous monetary easing is diminishing.

With respect to China, Faber thinks there is a huge credit bubble caused by all of the post-financial crisis stimulus. He thinks this credit bubble will come unglued at some point.
