Don't Be Acrophobic

July 17, 2013 | About:

Acrophobia: fear of heights.

Unlike specific phobias like aerophobia, fear of flying, acrophobia can cause a person to fear a variety of things related to being too far off the ground.

Acrophobic people may equally fear being on a high floor of a building or simply perching upon a ladder.

Chart of the Day published a contextual look at all the best bull markets since 1900.

There could still be quite a bit more upside.

Don’t let a "fear of heights" keep you from making money in the market.

It would be interesting to know where the median point (rather than the average) would fall on the line. It might tell a slightly different story.

Looks like a good tool, but the "Plenty of Room Left to Run" chart needs a serious update! It's been a long time and plenty of change since the July 16, 2013!
