It’s time to go fishing with billionaire investors in an ocean full of 52-week lows.

Today the top four industry sectors with the most 52-weeks lows are real estate investment trusts, banks, utilities – regulated, and consumer packaged goods. The GuruFocus special feature 52-week low screener is a rapid-research tool listing 790 stocks currently for the USA, in addition to thousands of others around the world.

Here’s a company update from each featured industry sector:

Sector: REITs

This sector has 81 stocks out of 176 at a 52-week low. The low ratio is 0.46.

Highlight: Realty Income Corporation (O)

The O share price is currently $39.23 or 29.3% off the 52-week high of $55.48. Its yield is 5.20%.

Down 7% over 12 months, the company has a market cap of $7.69 billion and is traded at a P/E of 39.00.

Realty Income Corporation is an equity real estate investment trust, or REIT. Its main business objective is to generate dependable monthly cash distributions from a consistent and predictable level of funds from operations. The company typically acquires retail store properties under long-term leases with retail chain store operators.

Towne Bank Inc. was incorporated in1998 as a community bank providing financial services to individuals and small and medium-sized businesses. It operates in three segments: Banking, Realty and Insurance.

The company's activities include the specialization in the research and development, production, and sales and marketing of crop seeds (corn, rice, cotton and canola) throughout China, where Origin Agritech Ltd. received approval in 2009 for commercial use of the world's first genetically modified phytase corn, the first genetically modified corn seed product in China.
