Tepper thinks that the Fed will not taper for a long time to come. He doesn't think that they have a choice.
For the next three or four months he thinks government uncertainty will make it hard for markets to fly up, but he does think they will continue to go up because of the tapering.
With respect to the government debt, he thinks Congress needs to pass something that permanently resolves that the U.S. debt will be paid under all circumstances.
