I have been researching why Lbtya is down 46% but cant find a reason, any ideas?

VOD is a stock split so shouldnt be in this article

I emailed the company about the split or dividend and they sent me the following link:

They gave you the same amount of Class C shares as the A shares you started thus the huge decline in price.
