The shares of RealPage, Inc. (RP, Financial), which offers property management and software solutions to the rental housing industry, fell by 23% on the news of weak fourth quarter results. We, too, are disappointed and didn't foresee the miss. However, we think most of the issue has to do with just one of their offerings and continue to see much value in their core offerings. RealPage traded off to levels that we believe do not reflect the company's present value or what we believe the business will grow into.
