During our recent Annual Meeting, I shared my views on the differences between a turnaround and a transformation, and the latest capabilities we use to connect associates to our members and our members to our stores through Shop Your Way.
One of the messages I shared with our shareholders is that there’s a legitimate disconnect between the financial results that we’ve produced and the vision that we’re pursuing. We are working in a very focused and diligent manner to drive this transformation to a member-centric model and achieve improved levels of profit performance.
